My wife, Jackie, and I relocated to the Cincinnati Area in the fall of 2000 and immediately fell in love with the area. We bought our first home, shortly there after, in Batavia. Through the home buying process, I learned a lot about the wealth building and tax saving benefits of owning real estate. It was not long after that Jackie and I bought our first small apartment house, using very little money down. After leasing, selling, and renovating our investment properties, obtaining a real estate license seemed like the next logical step to build our portfolio. While working to obtain my license, I began to think of all the ways that my own previous real estate transactions could have been better. I concluded that I want to partner with the world's great real estate company to offer my clients the absolute best service and advice. My business is built on four promises that I work hard to keep to my past and present clients.
1.) I promise to communicate thoroughly and often, even when the news isn't good.
2.) I promise to give you the data you need to make the very important decisions that surround real estate transactions. (NOT bloated figures just to get your signature.)
3.) I promise to negotiate and advise with YOUR best interest at heart. (NOT my commission check.)
4.) I promise to follow up after the closing. (If you need anything from a contractor referral to a home valuation for insurance or tax purposes.)
I want the opportunity to work hard to earn your business. I know that if I consistently do what is right for my clients, my family will be rewarded in the end. Feel free to call with any questions that you may have.
